Help - Chevy 1969 c50 bus convertion

Hello knowledgeable Skoolie people.
Have possible bus to buy.
Its older, but converted. Nothing fancy, but I don't need that.
I plan to use it as a tiny home full time in Utah.

It will be parked/ stationary most of the time, for the next year or so. If it is in good enough shape, I'll travel with it later. If not, I'll use it as a home & offer less for it. I plan to have a mechanic take a look at it before purchasing.

Anyone familiar with 1969 c50?
The owner says it has a rebuild 327 Chevy motor. Its has a 4 speed manual transmission.

How hard are parts to get, if needed?
Anything in particular I should look out for with this model/age of bus?

Its 26 ft long. Odemeter says about 143k. Engine was rebuilt a couple of years ago. Bus was inherited ( was his father's, who passed ) so he doesn't know how much mileage is on the bus.

I'm waiting for pics of the underside cause I've learned here on the forum to look for rust.√

That is a standard Chevy small block, probably more parts available for that motor than any motor made. Huge aftermarket support also. Don't know what horsepower it was rated at in that bus, but I imagine that motor is a tad small for a bus and probably only gets 5-7mpg. Good thing is can be replaced with a 350 or probably even a big block 454 relatively cheap.
