HELP!!! WE NEED A BUS!!! NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!

We are looking to travel cross-country for the next few years.

What we need is a bus with a diesel engine, in great mechanical condition with one or both of these options:

1. Has been converted (or at least partially converted) to RV

2. Has been converted to run on WVO.

We will consider a very inexpesive bus that has neither as long as it has a perfect running diesel engine, and is ready for the road.

We would like one at least 28' or longer.

After selling our car...we didn't get as much $$ as we had hoped, therefore please don't offer any buses over $5000.00. We have cash, and need to buy this bus ASAP since we do not have a vehicle at this time. We are in Florida, but are willing to travel anywhere in the country for the right bus.

Please contact us by email at marina@bayair.org.

Love + Peace = Happiness

Virgil & Marina

Re: HELP!!! WE NEED A BUS!!! NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

i think you want a cummings 5.9 liter with an mt643 trans and preferably a good rear end like a 4.44. That'l lget you 10 mpg and is easily converted to wvo.

a tc2000 would be a good bus.

just my opinion.

good luck with your search.

here is my opion on engines......

7.3 liter ford not so good for veggie and gutless.
6.6 liter ford good for veggie bus very wimpy...about 8.5 mpg
dt360 with at545 trans 6.5-8 mpg and good for veggie
dt466 excellent hp machine! Great hill climbign ability.....gets worse fuel economy than the dt360 from what ii've read but good for veggie
DD 8.3? liter v8....good for veggie, good on fuel economy, completely gutless
international 9 liter v8...suppsed to be excellent on fuel....very wimpy, don't know about veggie...

i don't know anything about cats

Re: HELP!!! WE NEED A BUS!!! NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

I have several good running buses for sale, and I offer a guarantee on each one. I won't sell a vehicle unless it is ready for the road, I want happy folks waving goodby, not angry folks calling me.

I'm in California, so I'm far, but I promise you I can get you a good bus for under 5000, and it will be ready to go without any hidden flaws.

Just give me a call. I'll also help you out with advice if you find something closer.

yes, I have a skoolie for sale that will meet your needs. NEW diesel engine and mostly completed inside. Just enough is left to complete that you can personalize it and make it "yours". Four fuel tanks , roof rack and many other extras not usually found on skoolies. Recently paint and with new tires. espiritusengineering@yahoo.com for details.

Well quit replying to every single post on here and just post pics of your bus for sale with the specifics, if you really want to sell it.
