I need a bus!!

Can anyone help me out? I'm looking for an 80's diesel/auto full size school bus around the chicago area. I'm willing to travel within reason. I also want to keep the price under or around 2K. Thanks in advance for the help!

Dan

... The guys in Kankakee, (Used-Bus.com) are VERY expensive. I bought my first bus there, way back when Al Gore was still sparking up the information super highway... When the salesman asked me if I was mechanically inclined... THAT should have been my FIRST clue... I felt I got ripped off, and haven't been back there for ANYTHING ever since....

I bought mine from Greg (http://www.floridachurchbus.com) I have known him for years and trust him. My bus is just as he said. He always has buses in Ohio and Florida.

We bought our 1992 Ward from Hoglund Bus in Marshalltown, IA. A good distance from Chicago, but would be driveable if you found something.

Could also look in the bikeiowa.com classifieds forum. There's currently 2-3 listed for sale.
