Is there any reason this bus isn't an amazing deal?

New to posting, but I've been doing quite a bit of research on what goes into buying a good bus. I've found this listing on public surplus and from what I can tell, it seems to have everything you would want in a large RE bus:

Cummins 8.3c, good tires, another poster thought it had a MD3060 trans, 165K miles, very low price(at least for the moment). Is there anything I'm missing or overlooked or maybe should look into? Because right now this feels about as good as it would get for a large RE.

I love that site they have everything you could ever want! But anyhow it seems like it is a really good bus go for it if it checks off a lot of options you’re looking for I don’t think people ever get everything they are looking for in a bus if you get four out of five options you want it’s a homerun.
