I am looking to buy a bus for conversion. If you have one that is converted I will look at that as well. limited budget.

Re: Looking for a bus

Has anyone else noticed that Craigslist ads now expire in just 30 days? I find links to tons of buses but most ads are expired.

Re: Looking for a bus

I wish they'd vanish when they expired.......that would be ideal: And there's always a little blurb that says the ad will be removed shortly...........but that doesn't happen either: This craigslist add will destruct in 30 days. Oh if it were only true.?

They expire in 30 days if you live in the sticks. Big city ads expire in 7 to 10 days.

Re: Looking for a bus

If you set up a free Craigslist account and then post ads, your account gives you the option to renew all ads.

Re: Looking for a bus

It would be great if people would delete the ads when they sell. For some reason tempest returns multiple ads that are expired or deleted.

Re: Looking for a bus

I currently have a bus for sale,Its not a schoolie but it is a affordable bus.Its a reciently overhauled GMC diesel.most of the difficult things to its conversion have been already throught out.Parts have been purchased and are awaiting for instulation.
The photo on my craigslsit add I have pulled out alot of stuff i wanted to let go with the bus.It was a matter of "too much information" prospective buyers would shutdown when they seen all of the stuff. They ofcource didn't have to use it all but truthfull most weren't the bus building type. Most were looking for a turn key project sold at a project price. In other words most didn't have the backbone to put any sweat equidy into a project. After all building your own is something about putting something ofyourself into the project. So for those of you with a good iminagation I have a great pallet to start with.
My add on craigslist is current as of jan 30,2014 not mention in the add is my cell number 408-508-8073
And I will also take a cash offer for it instead of barter if you like.

Re: Looking for a bus

Somehow I just saw that these posts were made. I wish some of this was closer to home. The cost to bring any of those buses home would negate the lower purchase cost. Anyone else selling please PM me so I get an email and dont miss it.

Re: Looking for a bus

I am in Georgia. I found a couple of possibles, however engine issues or potential issues turned me off. All the buses I am finding in Florida are way overpriced.

Re: Looking for a bus

Dude you live in Georgia? my bus is for sale CHEAP! I'm located 3.5 hours north east of Atlanta. I really need to sell this bus, i have it priced fairly- at least i believe so. Here is the CL listing-http://asheville.craigslist.org/cto/4502041370.html. Ya it does need new batteries, and i will help you put them in. However you can jump start it and drive it to wherever you need to park it. I littealy just ran it for 2 hours yesterday. Call anytime- Mike-(224)-436-5281
