Looking for a Skoolie for Animal Rescue Transport

Hey all, I am in CT looking to find a skoolie that has space in the back to set up crates/kennels for transporting dogs. I work rescue and now am looking to do some transporting to help save lives. I am hoping to find a fully self-contained unit that I can live in while crossing this wonderful country saving lives of animals needing our help. Because I do rescue, I need the price to be reasonable. Please contact me if you know of or have something that may fit my needs. I am willing to look at anything that is in good condition and ones that need finishing.

Thanks for your help
Tina

Re: Looking for a Skoolie for Animal Rescue Transport

Tina;

Keep an eye on Lemons Auctioneers ( https://www.lemonsauctioneers.com/displ ... gories=400 ). That's where I got my skoolie for $500 with a bunch of extra goodies. Since they're here in Texas (and most auctions are close to me) I can check the bus(es) you're interested in bidding on. I'm a former trucker, fomer ASE certified mechanic, and I've been doing government surplus for over 12 years. My bus has A/C and a bunch of other goodies (such as new brakes, tires, full tank of fresh fuel, and so on) for free! PM me if you're interested. I know it would be a flight down here, but these busses are good and clean of rust (especially north and west of San Antonio).

Right now there aren't many, but there should be as the summer vacation wraps up.

Good luck,

M 1031
