Looking to hire. Columbia MO. Need help with bus conversion

We bought a 40 ft 1980 GMC RTS that was prev converted to a mobile command center for orange county PD in CA. we have pretty much fully gutted that out and we are redoing for our family of "6" (not all the kids will be with us at all times, but we are building bunks, etc for when they are). We need help with the electrical / solar, likely the plumbing and interior build. Anyone know of anyone? Thank you for reading!
