I agree, I see 4-5k at most. The thing with these skoolies is that no matter how much you put into converting them, they don't seem to gain value. I guess it's because there just that quirky for most people that the demand isn't there. Don't get me wrong, somebody put money and time into it, especially with the roof a/c, top deck, and awning.
