Pros.
Motor and transmission has only 1500 miles on it and runs strong.
Electrical inside is 110 and 95% complete. Plumbing is 95% complete.
Has Working vintage refrigerator,
all in one washer/dryer unit and
nice brand new still in packaging rv toilet.
Kitchen has a extra large sink,
custom cabinets and countertop
four burner propane stove/oven.
Bathroom has sink, shower, washer/dryer and toilet.
Bedroom has Platform for bed and built-in four large drawers.
Living room has some cabinetry and space for a wood stove.
Cons
There are some mechanical issues with the brakes. They seem to be partly stuck?
The bus will move but not very well with this brakes issue so it will likely need to be towed out.
This awesome skoolie conversion would be ideal for somebody wanting a project that is already off the ground. As it is past that tough initial starting point and just needs to be finished to your own tastes and specifications.
We have about $14,000 wrapped up in this bus and countless hours of work. Our loss your gain!
