According to a quick go at a gearing calculator, 70mph would be around 2650rpm, not counting torque converter rpm losses from the AT545. So basically you won't be doing 70mph.

It looks like an 05 to me.
The front rear caps could have been changed but the 01 has a tag axle and the 05 has a bogey axle.
Tag and bogey axles are undriven axles. A tag axle is behind the drive axle and a bogey axle is in front of the drive axle.
