1998 Wanderlodge with fire damage in the rear bedroom area. No mention of mechanical condition and parts appear to be missing throughout the unit.

All this for $50k asking price

the pushers and LXI's prices are all over the place.
But there's a decent 83 FC on FB that needs tlc right now for $6500 and several real nice ones for 10-20.

Don't tempt me!!

Someone was selling one near me but it disapeared off marketplace when I went to go look at it again $9500 asking price.

Where is that 83 at? I like the idea of a Wanderlodge but I'm too invested in my AARE project right now to consider taking on a WL. They sure are nice though!

for the value you cant beat them.. even if you buy one that needs refreshed inside all of the typical skoolie-builder hard work is already done.. . electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulating, RV windows, most have awnings some even have levelling jacks already attached...

I think all of them have levelling jacks. At least they all seem to so far in my lookin!
Typically they need a new seal here or there- but yeah like you're saying- its all already there.

If you are interested in a california shuttle bus, Bar None auctions has a few up for this Saturday, 6/12 in Sacramento. There always seem to be a few every monthly auction. Also school buses and transit buses, though I don't see any of those this month. Oh, and ambulances.

If the picture shows 'dealer or out of state', it doesn't pass California smog.

1966 Bing Crosby Motorhome $3,000

well it looks more like a bus. and I'm sure that Bing Crosby thing is a farce, but if you are insane and need a very expensive 5 year project, this will get you noticed at the campground.

That is really cool looking! Probably better off getting a rebuilt crate engine and transmission from Summit even though it will be 5x the price of the bus. That said, as you mentioned, you will get noticed wherever you go.

Indeed...and good advice. I don't see the extra engine, which "needs rebuilt" as a bonus at all. I'd rather start with something good.

Noticed a low price with little time left and wondered why. Then I realized many buses are being listed with a reserve now, this one with a $4k reserve. That will hurt bids.

One of the rare last batch of Blue Bird/IC conventionals is up for auction. Looks like a desirable size and low mileage.

Found a great source for donor school buses!

The company is based out of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. I drive by it on my way to work every day. It turns out, for the last 30 years the owner has been buying lower mileage school buses from all over the country, refurbishing them and getting them back to great shape, then selling them to schools all over the country. The pandemic apparently put a real hurt on his business. But he still has plenty of buses to get rid of! And has some major connections to find whatever you're looking for!

The website listings may not be as up to date, but their contact info is at the top right. The owner, Elias, is extremely knowledgeable about school buses, too! Check 'em out! And tell them Thomas sent ya... let's restore his faith in humanity and help him over the pandemic hump!
