How so??

You come out of nowhere and say you have three buses. Pics or it didn't happen.

Ok, it didn't happen. Would you like to make a little wager on that?

Its natural for folks to ask for pics. Its a forum, man. You're VERY present in these discussions now, so folks are only trying to engage you.

Hey, I appreciate both of you a bunch - lots of good stuff from each of you.

EastCoast: yes, you are a bit pushy for photos. Not unreasonably so, but still a bit pushy. I would chalk that up to enthusiasm, and encourage others to do so as well.

Robin: we would love to see photos. Why? We want to profit from your experiences, and want to cheer you on. OK, we also want to thank God we didn't have your troubles, too, if that's what you show us.

But both of you are quality folks, and I want to see more from both of you. Thanks.

I'm ok with pics if I'm actually doing something to this bus. I've always had issues with that "photos or it didn't happen" statement. I've seen lots of noobs just go away and never repost after being hit with that statement, so I know there are other people that feel as offended as I did.

In my former life I was really into buying state and federal auction equipment because there was a good profit margin in it at that time. I have an unusual and eclectic amount of equipment and vehicles remaining, but I don't actively buy equipment any longer. Buses, however, seem to fill up with things that need a dry place to stay. So I've got a couple of storage buses that have remained through the years. They aren't for sale so I don't consider them or the other equipment to be open for discussion. I'm not trying to be rude about it, but "pictures or it didn't happen" is tantamount to being called a liar. When someone says that to me once and I provided photos, the second time it's pretty clear someone is just attempting to provoke me.

Generally speaking each of us posts pictures in his or her own time as we accomplish things and progress on builds. It's quite a different thing for any other person to insist on photos just because I mentioned my other buses. As I said earlier, if there are any disbelievers that are willing to put their money where their mouth is I'll arrange adequate proof. I don't currently seem to have photos of all three buses, so it's entirely possible I could be lying. We're not talking about classic cars here. I don't have a wallet photo of any of my buses.

I don't know why things are the way they are in Oregon, but that means this can't be a self built RV. I'm glad to be insured and whatever furniture or creature comforts I use have to be modular and would work just as well in a box truck. That's why I have no build thread. I don't have a build. I have a van.

Wow man, you really go on...

Pics would help break up all those large blocks of text.

This sort of thins is a reason I am

I was under the impression this thread was supposed to basically just be posts with links to busses for sale, not a platform for petty arguments with strangers. Check this bus out: they basically did everything I am doing just a slightly shorter bus. Ha!

Very very cool bus.
