Someone will be here the day the auctions end asking about where to find just such a bus.

With any luck my bus collection will shrink soon. I spent a few hours today on the Sport Bus getting it emptied out. of course, tomorrow I'm using it as a truck to get supplies for the Wanderlounge.... But another hour or so of straightening it up and I'll be ready to take pictures.

These are decked-out. Pretty much unicorns. A dealer is the high bidder and I'm sure they're gona be relisted at around 20k-25k once they take possession.
I thought the same thing. BGA in FL has a similar one on the lot for 16k, I really have my heart set on a Crown, but these are just too good to pass up. I plan to go hard for one tomorrow.

I promise that won't be me, I probably wont beat out the dealers, but I will give it my best shot.

Why would that bus need 2 batteries when mine runs and starts just fine on one?
I paid $3500 for mine and then $1500 in fuel that week getting it home. I'd gladly pay $5k for that RE if it's all mine is. It has fewer miles by 40k.

My bus has a pair of 1100 CCA 8D commercial series batteries. When they eventually need to be replaced I'll put in a pair of group 27 from the farm store.

I get a pair of g31's at RK for $160. Its a great deal for brand new batteries.
i've put those in at least 6 buses now.

Mine was spec'd with 2 8d bats as well. Brand new for 500 when I bought the bus. I will go smaller if I ever have to replace them.

What does your Vista have for batteries? I've got three in mine - I can't recall what type, and the battery door is blocked by snow right now). From discussions here, I wonder if I don't need so many for starting. Now that the W/C ramp is gone and all.

Which one are you bidding on? I don’t want to be bidding against you! With just hours to go, I will be bidding right at the end with my max bid.

Edit to add; never mind, I’m going to wait on the one with three days left.

My Vista has a pair of some store brand group 31 "Premier Batteries Platinum 31HS-925" . Claim to be 925 CCA . More than adequate, I'd go straight to rural king if I needed to replace them.

This is strange. The Internationals in Az., there are 2 identical Internationals within 9K miles. One is at $3900, the other at $1292. I wonder what the difference is between them.

Some folks just fall in love.
Maybe one has new tires or something.
If I knew 100% I'd be able to get one home I'd bid for sport.

One shows some very minor dents in the rear corner, and another shows a small dent on the front. I will go for either one.

This one caught my eye when it first appeared. It mysteriously vanished and left me scratching my head. A couple days later it showed up with some bumps and bruises.

That one is a very nice bus, I looked up the build sheet with the VIN and it shows 74" headroom which was the only thing that gave me second thoughts. I like the Blue Birds more than the Internationals but I an all in now

18 mins left and its still at $1500, I am thinking of bidding on both and flipping one before I leave the state. Canyon State and AAA are both right down the street.
