Off Grid Skoolie for sale, NJ

Specs:
• Fully converted, ready to live in, off-grid home.
• 125k miles on a 1995 International Bluebird DT408 Diesel impeccably maintained engine.
• New tires.
• 37 ft. long.
• Currently asking $19k OBO.

Features include:
• Detailed records of all conversion processes.
• Ample storage, under bed and closets.
• 1 double bed platform.
• Combination washer/dryer and DC/Propane Fridge.
• Propane heater.
• Shower and composting toilet system.
• New inverter and mounted roof solar panels (three additional panels, not yet mounted on the roof, are included).
• New full glass front door.
• Custom cabinetry.
• 1950's gas stove.
• Woodstove ready (please note: it does not come with the woodstove. There is a full chimney installed, however.)
• Oh and it's green!

What I would recommend doing do it to get it Instagram ready:
• Finish cabinetry in the kitchen.
• Exterior paint job.
• Front dash board area paint job and finishing.

It's been sitting for a few months on a piece of rental land. It was driven 650 miles from location of purchase to NJ. The driver had an issue with the brakes that he was able to temporarily fix en route. Brakes should probably be checked out by a mechanic.

I could say a whole lot about this beautiful machine. It has been described by a mechanic friend as “the most impeccably maintained engine he's ever seen.”

My asking price is what I spent on purchase, conversion, and a new, professionally installed solar system. I'd like to get most if not all of that money back, for purchase as is but am willing to consider reasonable offers.

Any 'documentation' as to how the inside of the windows are insulated on the parts where they're not accessible from the inside? Curious about confirming they seal in rain or during washing and what precautions have been taken to address possible condensation build up.

Don't get your hopes up... In an ideal world, people would come back and close out their "for sale" posts with a status when it's sold. But since this is over a year old, and she didn't respond to the previous 4 posts asking about the bus, I'd bet it's gone by now. In fact, that was the last post she made on the site. Good luck with your search, though!
