Opinions please...

Found a 1997 International 3800 with a DT 466 and Allison transmission with 199,000 miles. Went and checked it out. Has some rust around the top of the window on the inside, is dropping a drop of oil every 15 minutes (saw it on the cement), and the one wheel has been rusted and replaced with sheet metal. They are asking $2500. Any insight? Are any of these issues MAJOR? OPINIONS would/are appreciated.

Oil leak and rust are definitely not plusses, but depending on the severity of rust and the oil leak they might/could be overlooked temporarily if buying it cheap enough.
If you just have to have this particular bus, throw out a Low ball offer by justifying the unknown amount of money you're going to have to spend getting it fixed.
If they won't drop their price, I'd say good luck in your sale and walk/run away from this one...

Agree with no oil issue. Looking at 1000$ plus right off the start. Many buses out there to be had and they are growing everyday.
