Partial conversion for sale in Indiana

1985 Ford b70 with something like 180k on it. It has laminate wood floors, wall panels and is fully insulated on the long walls. The backwall is partially finished and insulated. Wood stove, full size bed, kitchen area, mini fridge, toaster oven, couch, shelves, etc... Need to take more photos and will provide if you're interested, so let me know! need to sell soon... city's making me move out. I've been living in it for about 3 months and it's very cozy. It's wired for AC and has sockets all along one wall. Located in bloomington

edit: price now $1900 if i can get rid of it this week!

Just out of curiousity... why can't you just move it into a campground/mobile home park and live in it there? You may have a hard time finding a buyer fast unless you auction it off on eBay (no reserve) and take what you can get.

Re: Partial conversion for sale in Indiana

considered the idea, but i don't have a bathroom or anything in here and the campgrounds are a lot more expensive than i could get a room for around here - cheapest i saw was $415 a month, as opposed to $175 to live with some friends. i have someone interested, so hopefully it'll be gone soon. a little bummed about it, but i'm cool with spending my time on some other projects, too.
