I love my bus but I've been hit hard by financial issues this year. So I'm going to put it up for sale. Here's my build thread:

Plenty of pictures there but I'll take more if requested. I've got it parked about 20 minutes outside Somerset, Kentucky but I can drive within reason to meet if someone were so inclined to buy sight unseen. I have figured up approximate expenses and it looks like I have over $6,000 in it with bus purchase and materials. However, I'm going to ask $5,000 for it.
From the build pics you can see that all the seats are gone, the floor was treated for rust even though there wasn't anything but surface rust in a couple of very small spots. I've also put 3 inches of foam insulation on floor and ceiling, and put Advantech from the driver's platform all the way back. I'm including my new in box 7000/8000 watt generator, and many materials with it. You can even get some of the old seat cushions and 4 intact seats if you want.
It's only been a few weeks since I started it and drove it probably 30 miles. It runs great. It's the mechanical DT466 engine with automatic transmission, 144,000 miles. Please message me with any questions about specs and I'll go get whatever info I can. This bus was part of Allen county schools here in Kentucky since it was new.
Things I've done since I updated the build thread are work on outside paint prep, carpet rolled out inside and could be used for floor or ceiling depending on what look you want, placed some furniture inside that could go with it also, a leather recliner and loveseat, and 2 twin mattresses inside, and have all kinds of wiring, conduit, and extra materials ready to be used. I cut foil insulation and placed it over all windows so it's nice and dark inside for sleeping or privacy but they can be taken down easily like curtains to let in light or for driving if you'd like. I usually leave them on while driving too.
