Partially Converted 38' Bluebird All American 278k WA

I purchased this bus back in April with great hope and ambition, but at last my spirits and bank have been broken and therefore I must sell this beast.

This thing is pretty much a blank canvas for someone to start their build in. So far I have done:

Seat removal
Bolt and nail removal
Floor removal
Glue removal
Rust removal
Heater removal
Floors sealed with Rustoleum
Floors framed for insulation with 3/4in lumber
Ceiling partially painted
Locks installed on back and side door.

The bus was from a local school district and I purchased it from one of their mechanics. He did a full rundown on it before selling and said it was extremely sound. Odometer reads 278k.
Mainly looking to get my money back out of it so I am asking 4600.

I'd like to see your bus, but the only thing is, we live in Cincinnati , OH. We will be in Bellingham in a few weeks on vacation. We are looking to buy a bus, but is quite a long way home...
What size engine you have in there? Is it a cummins?
