Partially Converted Skoolie RV : (San Jose, CA) $8500 OBO

1991 dognose Bluebird School Bus partially converted into an RV. Registered as an RV in Washington state, licensing is current through July 2019. No special license needed to drive it. Bus runs great. I bought it in early 2017 already partially converted, but found out six months later that the flooring did not have a proper vapor barrier and there were leaks in the walls. I gutted the entire bus, ceiling, walls too. Rust converted floor and walls and sealed with epoxy waterproofing paint. I built up the floor, had it professionally spray-foamed, put in vinyl flooring, started building the walls, built the bed, began stringing the existing electrical (installed by an electrician) through and built a platform over one of the wheel humps. I drilled the hole for bathtub/shower drainage, but not yet for the composting toilet (the urine separating part drainage part). I was living in it in this condition since July and working on it as time permitted. It is super comfortable, the spray foam is fantastic, so much better than the rigid foam insulation that was being used before. If I would have been able to find a place to park and work on it here I would have. (I recently moved to the Bay area from Seattle for work). Hoping it comes to you as a happy challenge with long lasting or short term enjoyment. It's currently in San Jose, CA, preferably, you would come here and pick it up though, it may be possible for me to drive it to you or halfway depending on your location and scheduling.

Thank you for your interest. I initially wasn't able to find storage, but I was lucky enough to find a temporary spot so I am going back to my original offer of $8500. If you're still interested in it please let me know. Thank you again.
