parting out old motorhome

I have a 1989 Cobra Malibu motorhome that I'm going to start parting out shortly. Much of the "motorhome" parts from the interior are already out. I'm planning to use some of the parts myself, but plan to offer the rest to the first takers.

Specs
:

. Ford 460 (4bbl carb) engine w/C6 automatic transmission, cranks every time, runs good. Has a funky driveshaft based automatic parking brake.
. John Deere/Oshkosh chassis (I will probably cut the chassis down for scrap metal though).
. 2 rooftop A/C units, both available.
. LPG furnace
. gray tank, size unknown.
. assorted other RV type stuff.

Taken:
. magnatek 30A power center w/converter
. 6 gal atwood hot water heater (LPG)

Not available:
. black tank and associated plumbing
. rv toilet
. kitchen sink
. garden hose water hookup
. wheels and tires (at least, not yet)
. refrigerator
. RV type windows (not yet anyway)
. fresh water tank and pump
. RV stove/oven
. LPG tank

If there are any parts you think you might be interested in, just ask.

I won't start any structural disassembly within the next few weeks as I need the top of the rig as a scaffolding, but most everything else is fair game.

Items are located in the 23357 zip code. You can see some pictures of the motorhome at: http://gallery.giffords.net/v/cobra/.

Thanks,
jim

Re: parting out old motorhome

As far as I know, everything in the RV is original.

Someone local got the water heater and the converter/load center this morning though. They also got the 3 flourescent 12V fixtures. I'll update the listing shortly.

Do the roof top a/c's work? I'd be interested in at least one of them, maybe even both!

Re: parting out old motorhome

Yep, both work quite well. I have some paperwork for them as well. There is a consumer registration card in the paperwork with a model number 6759D707 which is definitely 13,500BTU model. I don't believe either has heat. The second unit is either a 13,500BTU model or a 11,000BTU model.

I have the installation instructions, data sheet, operation and maintenance instructions, limited 1 year warranty sheet (hah, expired of course), and a few other pieces of info.

Feel free to PM me for more info.
