That looks like a pretty decent bus, and at a decent price. On the negative side there are way to many seats in there. It is a little weathered looking and the engine is unusually filthy, but it is all there and operational apparently. I'd guess it's behind on maintenance.
If I didn't see any indications of problems I'd be inclined to buy that if I needed another bus. It is to bad it's bad timing for you.
