Dropped $5k and still an ambitious asking price.

Do you really think so? The vehicle itself was quite an investment and quite a bit of love and hardwork went into making her the tiny home she is now.

You’ve seen the pictures, do you have any advice for me?
Thanks,
Josh

Usually unfinished units are bought and stripped of much of the build and redone to the owners liking. Seldom will you get "finished" money for an incomplete project. I don't know how much you invested in the bus, but here they go for $2-$3K, Charlie (ECCB) just got a good one for $1600.

You might have better luck posting on the various Skoolie facebook groups. There are a lot of skoolie fans who actually looking for something complete or partially complete rather than starting from scratch, it's a very different community from here.

What o1marc says is true for this forum, just about anyone on skoolie.net would take everything back out of the bus and start with a clean slate. Also, being a cutaway van with a gas motor, we regularly recommend against those things outside of specific circumstances. And while some of us are frugal the rest of us are cheap, we're just the wrong crowd for it.

Try "skoolie nation", and "skoolie" and "skoolies for sale" on Facebook!
