Greetings everyone. I'm a longtime reader of this forum. The best skoolie community on the web! I've learned a lot.

Unfortunately, due to a busy body neighbor I can no longer park the bus at my apartment. I've already moved it so I don't have to sell it right away. However, I've decided to test the waters to see if I can pass this bus onto someone who truly understands exactly what it is. Everyone here already knows how special this engine/transmission combo is so I want go into a ton of details here. I believe that the interior height is 74". I'll be showing the bus tomorrow, I'll measure the height because I want to be 100% sure. thanks

Love this bus! Almost exactly what I am looking for except the engine is at the wrong end. Did you ever figure out the exact ceiling height? How loud is the engine for the driver when traveling at highway speeds? Is you reserve set at $10k?

I'll measure the height tomorrow to be sure. The engine is not very loud to me. The engine cover already has some type of sound dampening insulation. You could always get a product like the Hush Mat https://hushmat.com/applications/marine-rv.html For me, it was a personal preference to have a FE over a RE to save as much floor space as possible. The ebay "Buy It Now" is $10k. That is not the reserve. Thanks

Any known problems with the bus? Does it start and run ok? Any engine or transmission problems? Leaks? Mechanical problems? Electrical problems? Structural problems? Ect?

No known issues. Starts easily, runs, drives, and shifts very smoothly. I really don't even want to sell it! But since I had to move it, I thought that I would test the waters and see how much I could get. The response has been huge. Regarding the ebay auction, I actually went in and tried to raise my reserve price but that is not allowed. The only option would be to cancel the listing. Since I already have active bidders and many watchers, I'm not going to cancel the auction. It looks like its going to sell. thanks

Initially I thought about the Facebook groups. However, I didn't won't to deal with a bunch of tire kickers. To me, this forum is made up mostly of doer's not just dreamers. thanks
