Details about the Portable Filtration unit:
"One Shot" Portable Oil Filtration Unit for Greasecar VO system. With this unit you can gather and filter the oil at the same time. Great for road trips where it is not possible to take large amounts of filtered oil with you. It will allow you to filter good oil right into your tank and go.

Includes:

• 12V System allows for convenience and portability
• 3-Way Ball Valve allows you to switch between pumping/filtering and just pumping
• Up to 1.5 GPM Filtering/3.5GPM Pumping without Filter
• 3.5GPM Gear Pump with 40 minute duty cycle
• Utilizes Replaceable Racor 2020SM (2 micron) or 2020TM (10 micron) Aquabloc Elements to help filter out excess moisture
• Total Dry weight is 45lbs with dimensions 27" H x 19.7" W x 11.7" D

Equipped with a gear pump that pulls the fuel through a GFS 1000 filter. Pulling fuel through the filter instead of pushing ensures that the filter element stays structurally sound. This also keeps water from becoming emulsified through the internals of the pump.

Greasecar's 40 gallon heated vegetable oil tank with exterior insulation offers heat transfer, hose-in-hose fittings, built in fuel level sender, Viton seals, internal baffling, venting, and a convenient race-style flush mount filler cap.


High quality laser-cut aluminum, professionally TIG welded and assembled in-house built to specification for use in vegetable oil conversion systems in pickup trucks, with simple installation into the bed of your truck. Copper heat exchangers offer the best heat exchange from your coolant as well as added resistance to cracking. Tanks also feature viton grommets and internal compression fitting for hose-in-hose fuel line heating (1/2" ID fuel line). External hose barbs are custom built for Greasecar's tanks with a 3/4" feed barb and a 5/8" return barb. It features a built in low-profile fuel level sender and easy fill race-style flush mount cap. Positive and negative pressure vents are built into the fuel cap and hatchplate to ensure tank breathability, essential to proper tank function.

Dimensions: 48"W x 12"D x 18"H. Tank is protected with foam insulation panels (black surface in photos).

Also included are the heavy duty metal brackets to attach to the side and back of your truck bed.
