skoolie/short bus/RV/ bus conversion/tiny house-$18500 (Indianapolis, IN)

school bus / skoolie/ RV / bus conversion / tiny house - $18500

For sale (leaving country) 18,500 OBO. For pictures look at

Video of bus running:

Bus is located in Zionsville, Indiana.

For sale is a completely off grid, solar powered school bus conversion. This bus can fly, comfortably maintaining the speed limit, or can be babied into achieving fuel efficiency up into the 17 mpg range. I purchased this bus from someone in Colorado a few weeks ago and drove it back from Denver to Indianapolis. Drove like a dream. The bus came from the state of Oklahoma in 2017, where it had been a fleet vehicle and maintained religiously by the state of Oklahoma. The bus engine has been "bullet proofed" (google "How to Bulletproof a Ford 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel"). The previous owner combed through everything, invested thousands in engine upgrades and built a clean and off-grid camper out of it. It was professionally built by an experienced tiny house builder. Absolutely no rust. This short bus skoolie has had a tremendous amount of engine upgrades added in order to achieve an efficient, reliable and powerful adventure rig. Information as follows:

Nice looking bus!

I am quite impressed with your fuel economy. I had a 2005 E450 5 window 6.0 Powerstroke and never managed much over 12mpg.

the new injectors / EGR delete and upgraded exhaust will let those engines actually breathe and run efficiently..

Interesting. I'd like to know about how it has been insulated. Also, are there pics of the engine and undercarriage? A few more interior pics would help see the overall layout.
