Super deal on an Earls' Tranny Cooler
Howdy folks...I have a brand new, never used, high end trans cooler from Earls. Maybe the best made but we ran into fitting issues under my micro bus and had to switch to a different unit.
It is Model number 84216 and costs just over $400 bucks. If someone here is in need of a top of the line oil cooler, I will let it go for $225.00 plus shipping.
See it here...

Just PM me if interested.

Bump...
If no interest here before the weekend is over, I will probably go local with this unit. Wanted the folks here to have first shot at it.

Last Call...
If no one here needs it, I will go local. If you drive an AT545, this will buy you a lot safety and peace of mind.
Check out the link above for details. Top of the line cooler and never used.

Oooooh Me! me!
Its a reman and the bus only has 64k on it so the trans can't have a ton of miles/hours. I plan to add this cooler and change it to TranSynd since I've got 5 gallons of it lying around. That ought to get me some decent use from the 545!

You're one of the reasons I have faith in the 545. Treat it well and it'll treat you....decently.

I really don't think too highly of them, but there are so many great buses out there that sometimes you gotta just make lemonade.
Enjoy that new bus, man!

This Earls' unit has huge cooling capacity and can be used with or without a fan. Me...I'm using a Spal brushless fan on the replacement unit I'm installing, just to take it all the way.

I was thinking about that and a small fan would really be nice to help in the most extreme conditions.

If you decide to go that route, do check out the SPAL fan units. Outstanding quality, brushless motors, totally weather resistant and move more air per size than anything else. They can be operated full time (while engine is running), or manually (via a switch)...or via a thermostatic sensor and switch set to whatever temp you want. I'm still going back and forth between manually and thermostatically (?).

Thermostatically That way you don't have to monitor it, there's other things that need your attention more than watching gauges and not the road. Costs a few pennies more, but well worth it IMHO.

Tango, so you are not watching guages constantly, use both. Switch the thermostat. You know pretty much when things are getting warm under there, the weather etc, road heat. I just do not have the faith some do in electrical devices. Gives you full control right then and if no response, then is when to find out whyit isn't working, before the heat does it's thing.
By switching and maybe a pilot light addition, you know when the circuit is alive and will see on your temp guage any change as in bringing it down.
