12 roof raise almost complete, all structure and sheet metal work is done, front body work is done and sealed, rear just needs body work but good sealant already in place, just needs paint and body work to make it look clean. All metal side panels installed and sealed, designed to put in 2 XPS all around for a super efficient bus in the heat or cold. Our plan was 2 xps all around and then 1-2 of spray foam.
Subfloor is 2 XPS foam with ½ plywood. Interior completely gutted. Have some 2 xps left that will go with (almost 2 full sheets)
RV roof vent installed in place of front hatch. Rear hatch removed for the same reason and was damaged, can patch over with sheet metal before selling.
