Wanted Bluebird logo

Greetings,

I have recently painted my 96 Bluebird. Unfortunately I had to paint over the Bluebird logos on the roofline. They appeared to be some kind of decal. Does anyone have an idea where I can get a stencil or decal??? I have checked different places like the Blue bird web site with no luck.

Thank You!

If I can make a suggestion, go to the local school bus yard with some tracing paper and then take it to a sign shop I make you either a stencil or a decal.

I know when I painted my bus, bluebird dealers still sell logo pieces.. in fact I replaced the yellow logos on the side of the bus with nice white ones that are strill a valid part number.. im thinking that roof logo is available too...

I was lucky in that my painter carefully repainted my bird but i think he said it was a decal..

is also quite easy to have sign co make a decal for it... which reminds me that my friend alex bought a vinyl machine n quite easily makes signs for trucks, etc. something people here can do as well if they have computer, as the rolls of vinyl are cheap.
he uses photoshop along with the sign program

The "Bird" decals are avail though BB.

But the vinyl machine has possibilities. Could he do a six-foot Dead Head sticker?

I have been thinking about getting my local sign shop to make the logo and stripe plus some other vinyl stuff... But it may be cheaper to get a vinyl cutter and do it myself. I just searched them online and they are pretty reasonable.
