Been my experience that "runs & drives" is Ohio slang for it starts and moves but that's it.
Also I never even consider anything that is photographed with the wheels sunk that deep in the ground. That fact alone is very telling of the bus and the seller IMHO.
I won't even go into the various pics taken at different times thing.
These 3 things alone say much.
Let's see --no brakes, been sitting long time, likely tires shot. 3 of the biggest red flags on bus shopping.
And that is just what we know.
Not worth the time unless you wanted it for a tool shed, storage building or river camp somewhere close to where it's parked and it was priced at $1000 or less. (Today's scrap prices)
