I'm not sure if this is "want to buy" or "want to build." There are companies that will design and install a complete system for you - maybe even some individuals here.
Solar is AMAZING and one of the great things is that with some effort, you can easily design and build a system that will perform the way you want/require. There is no rocket science involved and lots of people that can answer questions and assist.
The negative is that "effort" is usually the learning curve to figure out what you need to know to do the design. That usually starts with developing an electrical budget (meaning amount of electrical power required, not dollars available). Of course, just investing X dollars without any knowledge of what it might do for you is one approach but not usually the best approach.
