Yeh, Arkansas has been a mess this past week. We arrived in Manila the evening of the 13th; just before the freezing rain started. Everything was shut down for a couple of days. When we left mid-week the schools were still closed. All of the main roads were dry and free of ice, but the roads throughout town still had a thick layer of ice. Without road sanders or salters it sure was slippery!
