See how the roof is racked sideways relative to the floor? That's the kind of thing I think of when I think about why chair rail is important. I suspect the wall might deform a lot more, or even shear off, if a similar crash occurred with chair rail weakened or removed.

And roof vent escape hatches. Those side escape windows probably won't open easily when the window frames are racked. I guess a person could climb out through the gaping windshield hole, however.

Indeed! With the skin off it is Holy Mother of Pearl obvious how sticks and staples they really are. Structural integrity?
We don't need no steenking structural integrity.

What's all the stuff that appears to be in the frame between the rails? Looks like one long fuel tank, but nobody needs 12 foot long fuel tanks.

Nobody may "need" one, but I certainly wouldn't mind having one. That 60g was just not big enough for the 2600 mile trip I made.

Holy WOW, if only I'd had that picture available when trying to explain to coworkers why I chose to build out a bus instead of buy an RV! That looks like something out of the Beverly Hillbillies. Pictures....sometimes they're worth more than 1000 words.
