In rv's the RV frig has an angle iron flange that is screwed to near by walls/cupboards. A regular frig you have to figure out. I would do basically the same with a regular frig.

YES, attach your appliances to the walls! You don't want them coming loose or falling over (heavy and awkward, too) when driving.

Not to mention BADLY unsafe, as electrical and propane lines can be stretched and broken...you do NOT want that happening!
Try to make the fasteners as strong as possible, but also removable without TOO much effort in case of repairs or replacements.

Think of them as seatbelts for your heavy stuff.....

Angle brackets will work nicely...just use heavy enough fasteners.

One fellow had ratcheting straps installed on the wall, and just cinched down his refrigerator when driving.
