Is this too much rust on the undercarriage?

Hey yall, I just purchased this 2002 e450 bus. I looked under it and found a considerable amount of rust. Is this too much?

That is nearly rust-free, nothing much to worry about at all.

Any rust is too much rust. But I just bought a bus with a lot more rust than that.

Er, it looks like you do have something significant (but definitely repairable) going on in picture 2. Is that the step well or is that a rear wheel well?

Not bad at all, it's ok it's not GM rust either LOL
I call that surface rust at the worst. Maybe a little sorta worse on that wheel well but that's still no big deal at all. Fame and all looks perfect to me.
