Even though I'm ditching ALL the school bus windows and getting RV units, I'm going to retain the number of emergency exits. Insulated pop out exit windows.

since I assume those are mostly diesel school buses, I wonder what root cause is/was?

Auto trans fluid (or power steering fluid) sprayed on hot turbo/exhaust seems like only way
I have seen that enough in drag racing, offroad racing and general four wheeling

My guess since I assumed air brakes on all
