Biodiesel Kit - Has anybody seen anything like this?

I just found this on Craigslist, and was wondering if anyone has seen anything like this before? I don't know much about the biodiesel process, but it looks kinda cool. I don't have the cash for this, but wondering if it's a decent deal for what you get

Looks pretty complete. Good for an amateur setup and is probably all anyone who uses less that 250gal/month. Why biodiesel though? You might as well just run straight vegetable oil, it's cheaper, easier, safer, and you won't run into any cold weather issues.
