If you want to run it on biodiesel, you can just put it into the diesel tank and run it...depending on the year of your engine, you might need to change the fuel hoses as biodiesel often corrodes older rubber hoses and eventually creates leaks...viton hoses are the best for biodiesel.
If you want to run veggie oil, you have to add a second tank somewhere, splice a second hose into the diesel fuel line, before the fuel pump. You need a electronic valve switch there to switch from diesel to veggie once the engine is up to temp, then to switch back to diesel before you turn the engine off in order to clean the injectors.
There's a LOT of information all over the net for veggie conversion...just google it. Normally veggie get's equal or worse mileage than diesel...but it's free.
