Here is one way to do it. I did this and it worked but had to get out of the oil collection thing for a while.
Get a metal 55 gallon drum (preferably with a lid rather than the closed type). Cut two holes in the lid and hang two filter bags from the lid (eg: from
http://www.filterbag.com). Cut the holes small enough that the bag unfolds completely but the plastic ring wont fall through.
Place a livestock water heater in the bottom of tank such as this one to use in settling and dewatering:

Buy a pump from Northern Tool such as this:

or something cheaper that you can mount to one of the threaded holes in the drum:

Pour the oil through the filterbags into the drum. Turn on the drum heater and heat to 100 degrees and allow to settle for a few days. Then pump from the top of the drum or at least allow 2-3 inches of room between the pump hose and the bottom of the drum to leave the crud in the drum.
