AAA rv coverage

so I thought we would get the AAA road side coverage with rv. turns out they don't cover dual rear wheeled vehicles at all. I believe I read here about someone having the coverage. I went to the local office yesterday and got turned down. anyone have different options?

i got roadside coverage through my state farm policy.

unlock, jump start, or tow to nearest repair facility. and it covers heavy vehicles.

i doubt i use the unlock service...... but a jump or a tow are pretty likely.

i've heard some of the fulltimers have a similar service through good sam's club.

thanks for the suggestions. looks like I can't get roadside through my insurance. the coach-net however looks like a better deal than the AAA would of been! we're headed out just over 600 miles each way this weekend and this really makes me feel a whole lot better

Hey, I think someone here used AAA for His bus, maybe it was Brown Crown.

I've got AAA Plus, which is what you need to cover an RV. I originally purchased AAA because that is the level you need to cover motorcycles. It's just more coverage against breakdowns or even towing damage. I just assume I'm covered for the bus too because that's what it states in the brochure, but I didn't have this bus when I bought that policy.
Don't most RVs have dual wheels? Even the smaller ones. A bus would take one of the larger tow trucks and that's what they don't want to pay for. Tow trucks now days like to flat bed everything with that roll on and off bed.

We have AAA, I almost used it once but ended up not because they couldn't get a flat trailer out to me in time. My couch can't be pulled by the front axle by a tow truck. The thing I learned is to NEVER tell them it's a bus, it's a Rv or motor home.

We have Good Sam roadside. It was cheaper and more benefits for large buses than AAA. And I confirmed with them that they would tow it even if it's a full size school bus.

I have coach-net , and CAA premier rv, I told both that I have a converted school bus, both said as long as its self contained there's no problems if I need service.
coach -net is cheaper, I have not used any of them yet , for my bus.

I also have AAA plus. There are rules, like being within 100 feet of the hardtop road. My money would probably be better invested in a heavy duty winch considering where I like to go.

I have AAA Premier which is supposed to cover RVs. I blew up the engine on a single rear wheel school VAN, not even a van cut away. When the tow truck showed up, the driver said he would get me off the off ramp to a safe spot but couldn't tow me because AAA wouldn't allow it. I asked how much to tow it 45 miles. $375 is what his boss said. I told him I had $300 cash. That's what it cost me. I am filing a claim with AAA for a reimbursement.

i looked into aaa but it states they dont cover bus conversions, dont waist your money.

AAA does not cover conversions. No skoolies allowed.
Sam's Club, sucks. I tried to use them for a lock out, good luck even getting to talk to someone. Spent 30 minutes in automated phone menu frustration. Could not figure out how to get service (gave up called aaa instead and got instant head ache free service). Read Sam's BBB ratings, they have notoriously terrible service. Basically it's a scam.

So what are these others I'm hearing here? Anyone ever used any of those services?
What ever you do go with, make sure they cover skoolies and check their BBB rating, make sure it's not a scam like Sam.

Used Coachnet recently for our CAR. AWD car so they sent a flatbed and did a great job, towed to the trans. shop I selected.
