FLORIDA: Insurance agent recommendations

Hey all,

Wondering if any of you Florida folks have insurance agent recommendations for post-conversion skoolies. We registered as a motorhome today, and got turned down by Good Sam today because they don't like our wood stove. It's safe and we followed code for heat shields, and distance to combustibles, and stuff like that. They just apparently think it's safer for us to travel around with an explosive tank of propane rather than a few non-explosive logs. And they don't care that it was going to be a liability only policy... anyway. I digress.

There's a whole other thread about it.

Now I'm looking to see if any of you have any specific agents with any other insurance companies who are experienced in working with skoolies and might not give us such a hard time. Any suggestions?

DUDE!!! THANK YOU!!! We just got off the phone with Kelly. We are now insured and paying half of what Good Sam was going to charge us! Great recommendation!

That's pretty cool!

I just hope this isn't one of those things that becomes commercialized. Like those tiny house sales events.

I called Kelly as well and it was a wonderful experience. She was very helpful and competent. I shared with her exactly what I had going on an what my plans were for the future and she gave me exactly what I needed at very reasonable cost!
