All this is one of many reasons I bought in the county. It's not totally hassle free but close. And the property taxes are low with no city govt to pay for.

No curbs, no gutters, no street light but we have racoons, skunk, javelina, coyotes, deer, cows, great horned owls, eagles...……..

We don't need no stinking curbs, gutters, or streetlights!

After talking to the guy I feel a lot better. Maybe the 100 mg dose of tincture I took this am helped, too.

Exactly. This is what I like about NH; the whole "live free or die" mentality works out to a "you do you; I'll do me" mentality that I'm comfortable with. I told my wife and my realtor both that I would not consider any property associated with an HOA and got told "we don't have those up here; nobody would sign on to one if you tried."

Inside city limits I will have to pour or pave a pad for my bus when the time comes. Common sense anyways, in a climate that has a fifth season called "mud".

I love the "live free or die" motto.
