Home and Retail in Same Bus?

Hello All,

I'm brand new to the site and I'm considering finding an old school bus to convert into a small retail store, but also have a full living space. From a legal and insurance standpoint, is this possible? I live in Oklahoma, but I'm willing to start with an answer in general and go from there.

I don't want to start trying to put too much work into it, if I won't be able to make it past this point. Any help would be great.

You'd likely need a DOT number and a CDL if its used for commerce.

So you think it is possible to combine the two on one bus?
