same with ohio its all about the GVWR and not the actual weight.. and thats a manufacturer RATING not an actual weight.. and its near impossible to get it re-classified as the CHASSIS is still CAPABLE of that weight regardless of whether you have an empty bus shell on it or a fully loaded box on it...
