Maryland questions.

Hi, i live in m.d. and plan on buying a bus to convert into a sort of flat bed hauler. I want to drill out the rivits and move the rear section of the bus forward and only have two rows of seats. I plan on hauling a jeep on the flat bed and towing a camper. My question is, how hard is it to tag a ex school bus for this type of use? Is there anything i should look for or stay away from? Thanks.

The only answers I would consider worthwhile would have to come from the MD office of Motor Vehicles. The laws & regs vary wildly from state to state. Good luck with it.
