Which state of any of those is the easiest. Our last bus was played in Oregon, but we are stuck out east going to court on Va for marijuana at Lockn.

Technically you are supposed to be registered and insured in the state you reside in. I haven't quoted a full timer yet, so I'm not sure what the exceptions are if you live in an RV with no home or apartment.

When I was full time in my RV I "rented" a room from a family member for almost nothing and used that as my home address. I even slept there a couple of times a year.

It used to be that the private mailboxes made a good "home address" but I started running into people who had that figured out and insisted on an actual residence address.
