Usually but I've been hearing more negative lately. Erie was much nicer, quicker, and more reasonable on comps.

Erie is insuring your bus? We use to write with them but I would have expected a big fat no from underwriters about a bus conversion. But as we can all see different states have different rules.

No, the bus is Progressive. Erie was teh company covering the guy that pulled out in front of the VW. He was in a Jimmy.

Update

Sorry for the delay, here is a quick update.

I got the bus home on a personal use policy. , but the cost is a bit high $1400 per six months. I am still shopping around here for something better (as I don't plan on doing much driving, but I will need to do some). I am thinking about doing a bare minimum conversion, just so I can get an RV policy and save a few $. Any advice on that?

Kelly Newsome, all state agent . Her number is 352-326-9300. Tell her Hillary and Josh sent you, she says she can insure any state where Allstate operates. Our insurance is less than half of what it was before.

Just a quick update. I called Kelly about two weeks ago, and she directed me to a local agent. The local Allstate agent got me on to a motorhome policy for much less than my Personal use policy. I made sure to tell them I had it titled as a bus and that was not an issue. Thanks again for the contact.
