I e-mailed the DMV last night and they sent me this.
You will need to bring in the title, go to a weigh station and bring in
the weight of the completed vehicle. You will need a safety inspection,
and IM if applicable to your location of residence. I would also bring
in a picture of the completed vehicle to show the agent at the time of
registration as well.
They said nothing as far as what it has to have in it, so I guess I will just have to go try it after I make it look like it is done.
