Trying to decode my VIN.

I have a 1980 Blue Bird and I'm trying to decode the info that I have into a VIN number, as the VIN number is no where to be found on so old a bus. Here's what I have.

Chassis Serial: 16846
Engine Serial: T03140ZA22
Front Axle: FF932NNX6
B.B. No.: 983817
Brake Lining FMSI No.:4524B
Friction: FF
Rear Axle: R155NX8
Brake Lining FMSI No.: 4515G
Friction: FF
Ratio: 6.83
Chassis Service No.: 955319
Body No.: F50137
Cap: 89
Model Yr.: 1980
Fort Valley, GA
Factory Service No.: 141008

Also, the engine is a Chevy 454, but it may have replaced a different one at some point. I'm not sure.

Also, this is how far I got and I'm not sure I've got this much right...

Any help or pointing in the right direction would be most appreciated!
