Yes of course, sorry should have been more clear.
A trustworthy stable friend or family member who lives in a "conversion insurance friendly" state is also a better option than what's outlined here.
This thread is for those who
do not own real estate, or
**cannot** get reasonable insurance with their car garaged in their "real" state where they may own property
and do not have friends or family that would be OK letting you use their property as the garaging address.
