We're gonna try to work this into our plans. Trying to figure out our camp hosting schedule for this winter, and Skooliepalooza is at the top of our "make it happen" list!

A gal, a guy, three cats, two dogs, one rabbit, and one goat, traveling the country together.

Is this really going to happen? We don't have a Skoolie yet but would totally ride the bike out to meet everyone and get inspiration

this is TOTALLY gonna happen!!!

Ride your bike out, wrap a tent on back, and I can help with the rest. I would love to see everyone that is even thinking about doing a skoolie to come out. I think you will get WAY more than just skoolie out here.

Maybe we can LOCK this thread, so I can start a new OFFICIAL - 1st Annual SkooliePalooza thread?

Where is it going to happen?

I have a Skoolie and drive it everywhere.. but I doubt its rockies capable... I dont camp so an area where a hotel is nearby would be good for me..

Dred, hows your bus? are you able to keep the oil under control?

I'm planning to attend, but will be flying/driving in and camping. While I won't have a bus, I am half way to my savings goal and should be 3/4 of the way there by the time this goes down. Think it'll be perfect timing as I can't let myself get too carried away with ideas for my bus right now or I'll succumb to paralysis by analysis.

We can fit at least 15 rigs on my lot , spring and fall are the best summer (end of june till begin aug are super hot) Got the shop for bad weather and or parties / gathering /meals etc there is so much to do here , river ,mts, natl. parks etc. please consider Moab? If people wanted there could even be workshops and slide shows etc.

Late to prely..but not late for the meet-up we hope.

Hey there!
We are newer to the group, but we are 90% done with out 1999 35 ft Skoolie. As a family of 6, the summer months work best for us. We are almost centrally located being in the TN/KY area. When is the tentative meetup date and where? If it is not finalized, then we would agree that a Monday to Monday ish time frame is good for meeting and collaborating with each other.

Cheers!
